The Site is a portfolio that showcases my user-generated content (UGC) work and explains how brands can hire me. It is provided for information only.
2. Collaborations are governed by separate agreements
Packages, prices, deliverables and timelines shown on the Site are for information and are not an offer that can be accepted. Any paid work is governed by a separate written agreement, proposal or statement of work between us, including terms on deliverables, payment, revisions, usage rights and licensing. If those terms conflict with these Terms, the written agreement controls.
3. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, all content on the Site, including videos, photos, text, graphics and the overall design, is owned by me or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may view the Site for your personal or internal business evaluation. You may not copy, download, reproduce, edit, distribute, publicly display, or use any content for commercial purposes, including ads or AI training, without my written permission.
Brand names, logos and products shown on the Site belong to their respective owners. Their appearance shows past or sample work and does not imply endorsement of the Site.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any unlawful way or for any fraudulent purpose
- Scrape, harvest or collect content or data from the Site by automated means
- Interfere with the Site's security or operation, or try to gain unauthorized access
- Impersonate me or misrepresent a relationship with me
- Send spam, malware or harassing messages through the Site's contact details
5. Things you send me
If you send me ideas, briefs, product information or other materials, you confirm you have the right to share them. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, I'm not obligated to keep unsolicited ideas confidential or to compensate you for them. Brand briefs shared during a collaboration are handled under our agreement.
6. Third-party links and services
The Site may link to or embed content from third parties, such as social platforms. I'm not responsible for their content, policies or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk.
7. Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. I don't guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. Statistics and results shown are illustrative of past work and do not guarantee future results.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site. My total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold me harmless from any claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
